The Würzburg Madrigal Choir presents a very special concert in the Z87 cellar. Under the title "Tatort Holdestein - Melodien aus dem Schattenreich" (Crime Scene Holdestein - Melodies from the Shadow Realm), the ensemble takes its audience into a mysterious world of sound between mysticism and chills.

They perform works about power-hungry kings, punishing witches, blazing fires and tormenting goblins - stories that fascinate and terrify in equal measure. The choir is supported by extraordinary musical colors: the singing saw of Ralph Stövesandt, the virtuoso piano playing of Daniel Largé and the haunting voice of Frank Breitenstein as narrator. Regine Schlereth is the musical director.
