MAIORANO deliver a unique blend of rootsy, groovy and melancholic dream pop, which they combine with soul, funk and world music. The band is led by Italian singer and guitarist Alex Maiorano, accompanied by his longtime friends Alessio D'Alessandro on drums and Nicola Battistelli on saxophone and keyboards. The band is completed by Argentinian bassist Mauro Martinez, who lends the band an unmistakable groove and funk.
