Marla Moya has a voice you won't forget: raw and warm, honest and full of emotion. After over 1000 concerts worldwide - from the Glastonbury Festival to the BBC studios - the musician is now starting a new chapter under her full name. With her debut album Sanguine Soul, recorded in Los Angeles with her childhood idol and producer Robert Francis, she opens up a world between intimate ballads and energetic soft pop rock - unmistakable, timeless and completely herself.

Marla Moya is accompanied by an extraordinary international ensemble: Alex Connaughton brings subtle, cross-genre nuances with his pedal steel, her long-time companion Jule Heidmann grounds the sound on bass, Trevor Lang provides rhythmic sensitivity on drums and Conor Cunningham on keyboards weaves a changeable, atmospheric tapestry of sound. Four musicians who listen to each other and only play as much as the song demands - giving Marla's voice the space it deserves.

The result is an intense, lively show that ranges from whisper-quiet moments to songs that pulsate with excitement. A concert that is not only heard, but experienced - and lingers for a long time.
