Maskenball Nº1 „Schein & Sein“ - Der erste Maskenball Zollvereins

An evening of transformation: In October, the first "Schein & Sein" masked ball invites you to experience yourself or others in a completely new way - with electronic music by "repercussion" and DJ* Mijanú, among others, and plenty of space for encounters, transformation and lightness.

Where machines once whirred, the live techno band "Repercussion" and DJ Mijanú will electrify the audience at this special location. Powerful percussion meets electronic soundscapes, violin meets deep house. Music that moves, both physically and emotionally. The industrial charm of the Elektrowerkstatt gives the evening its very own atmosphere - rustic and atmospheric at the same time. Between music and dance, theatrical productions provide interactive moments. The bar provides the audience with drinks and snacks.

Disguised or masked, leave everyday life behind, enjoy the music and let yourself drift - that's the idea behind "Schein & Sein". If you want, you can come in your own masked ball look, with glitter, mask and/or costume. Those who prefer to be spontaneous can use the accessories corner on site or design their own mask at the creative station. At the glitter bar, you can adorn yourself with shimmering sequins to compete with other ball guests.

The event is aimed at anyone who enjoys music, plays, dance and socializing. "Schein & Sein" invites you to experience yourself or others in a completely new way, with plenty of room for encounters, transformation and lightness. Come as you are - or as you want to be.

PAY WHAT YOU WANT - art & culture for everyone! You decide for yourself how much you pay. There are four price levels to choose from: €5, €10, €15 or €20 - choose the amount that is feasible for you. With the "pay what you want" principle, we want to give as many people as possible access to a wide range of events - regardless of their budget. If you are able to pay a higher amount, we would be delighted if you did so. In this way, you also support other guests who can currently afford less.
