Attention matcha fans! The ultimate matcha and chocolate experience awaits you in Dortmund.

Step into my Cacao Studio in Dortmund's Kreuzviertel district and learn how to prepare high-quality matcha from Japan. During this hands-on experience with a Japanese bamboo whisk, you will prepare the high-quality matcha yourself on site after brief instructions.

Afterwards, we will taste the matcha and pair it with matching chocolates from all over the world. Some particularly rare matcha chocolates have also made it to Dortmund.

In 90 minutes you can expect:

• Tasting of a high-quality matcha (ceremonial grade), which you will learn to prepare yourself on site using bamboo whisks

• Tasting of four exceptional chocolates that are perfectly matched to the matcha and that you are guaranteed never to have tasted before

• Exciting insights into the world of matcha and chocolate

After my visits to the world's biggest chocolate festivals in Paris and Amsterdam, I am bringing you special chocolates to NRW that pair perfectly with matcha. You will be amazed at how well the combination of Japanese matcha and unique chocolate can harmonize. Rare products that have only made their way to Dortmund in limited quantities will be included.

Participants will meet on the selected date in the heart of the Kreuzviertel (address will be communicated in advance) to take part in the Matcha & Chocolate Tasting. At the end of the tasting, you will know what is important when preparing high-quality matcha and learn which chocolates can be combined with the trendy Japanese drink.
