In the stress of everyday life, we sometimes lose touch with our inner voice, also known as intuition. Intuition is often seen as the No. 1 future skill. The experience of silence in meditation can help us to regain access to our intuition.
What happens during meditation?
A metaphor for us in everyday stress is, for example, a glass full of muddy water, everything is swirling around - thoughts, commitments, to-dos - the view is cloudy, it is almost impossible to see through. If the glass stands still for a while, the cloudy water becomes clearer again because what was swirled up can settle again. Something similar happens in meditation through silence, which can bring about more clarity and calm and the inner voice or intuition can become more perceptible again.
Becoming still and meditating sometimes works better in a group than alone. That is why we invite all those interested, whether beginners or professionals, to come together as a group to meditate together. We open up the space for intuition and togetherness.
How does meditation work?
Meditation is easier than you think. It's not about switching off your thoughts - nobody can do that - but about observing your thoughts more and more. It's about gently holding your breath in awareness, always coming back to the here and now, paying attention to your body and finding an inner anchor. Step by step, I will guide you through various techniques and methods. If you have your own way of meditating, you are welcome to practise it in our circle.
What can you expect?
In the Intuition & Togetherness experience room, we create a quiet space in which you can turn to yourself. After a gentle arrival, we start with inspiring texts or small exercises (e.g. breathing exercises, body awareness, yoga and mindfulness practice), followed by our main focus, meditation, and rounded off with the opportunity to ask questions or exchange ideas.
You don't need any previous knowledge or special equipment. Just come as you are. However, you are welcome to bring your own mat, cushion etc. if you wish.
Your advantage
You will receive individual instruction in a small, personal group. I will meet you where you are - whether you are an absolute beginner or already experienced. You will learn techniques that you can integrate directly into your everyday life, have the opportunity to create more space for your intuition and cultivate more and more connection to yourself and others.
Participation on a donation basis.
