Georg Kreisler (1922-2011) was a master of black humor and wicked chanson. Songs such as Tauben vergiften im Park and Gemeinheiten im Dreiviertelt are classics full of subtle wit and musical sophistication.

Kriszti Kiss and Tankred Schleinschock present an evening of Kreisler's best songs and texts - from biting satires to lyrical and poetic moments. The program is complemented by anecdotes from the life of the versatile piano humorist, who lived in the USA for a long time and found many of his inspirations there.
