Carina Amend, lawyer and specialist in inheritance law, provides information and discusses ways of setting out your own wishes during your lifetime or through testamentary dispositions (e.g. a will). Practical advice and tips on drawing up a (joint) will will be discussed, as well as the exact wording and the effects with regard to inheritance tax.

This presentation will also focus on bequeathing to or by people with disabilities.

After the lecture, Carina Amend will answer questions on the topic.
