Whether it's stress, pressure to perform, procrastination, ADHD or dealing with political crises on a daily basis - mental stress is part of everyday life for many students.
The Mental Health Week creates space for exchange, knowledge and concrete strategies.
Together with experts from clinics, research, coaching and student life, we will explore the questions: What does mental health mean today? What do we really need - in everyday life, in our studies, in society?

  • Panel discussion on the future of mental health
