Sorvina

Definitely a secret festival highlight on Sunday lunchtime that you shouldn't miss!

Sorvina combines infectious beats with tragicomic lyrics in which she vividly describes her inner life. Her music moves at the interface between jazz-rap, neo-soul, hip-hop and gospel. Sorvina's love of rhythm and rhyme and her visibly boundless joy in making music, which she radiates with every fiber on stage, are absolutely captivating. In 2024, she won the "Listen to Berlin" award, which honors innovative musicians in Berlin's music and creative industries.

Beachpeople

Five years after leaving AnnenMayKantereit, Malte Huck tells his own story under the name BEACHPEOPLE, about old self-designs, addiction, loss and the desire for closeness and grounding. "I just want to tell what only I can tell," says Huck. The live shows translate this attitude into a clear, reduced form with a band - without pathos, but with great effect. We've been wishing Beachpeople would come to our festival for a few years now and are looking forward to this year's show all the more. The shows in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne and Munich for the coming fall were already completely sold out in the spring.
