Miriam Hanika & the Poesie Orchester - the new album *innenleben
On 28.11.2025 in Munich for the first time in a large line-up, with the Poesie Orchester and the Dandelion Quintett.
An evening to switch off for good: beyond all pigeonholes, full of depth, warmth and expressiveness. Connecting, authentic, virtuosic and lovingly rebellious.
"You want to say art songs ." Rolling Stone
"A free spirit in the truest sense of the word" Folker
"Her linguistic art is reminiscent of the poems of Mascha Kaléko
or Erich Kästner." WDR4
"Music that has what it takes to be eternal." Schall
The award-winning oboist and singer-songwriter Miriam Hanika inspires with her unique style, which combines classical virtuosity with poetic songwriting. Her music moves between delicate chamber music and atmospheric soundscapes in which the oboe unfolds as a narrative voice.
Together with the Poesie Orchester and the Dandelion Quintett, she invents her own musical and lyrical cosmos, which comes to life in her poetic texts.
Miriam Hanika opens a new chapter with her new album *innenleben: Recorded independently with 18 musicians*, her fifth album *innenleben was released on LOUISE, the musician's new label. An album with which the multi-instrumentalist once again breaks free and does her own thing: clear, warm-hearted and full of hope. The new songs are like a big sigh of relief in a confusing time.
