Mirja Boes & die Honkey Donkeys - "Carpfe Diem"

Mirja Boes is back - older, scarier and fishier than ever. The world of comedy is witnessing an unprecedented event, as the self-proclaimed "Queen of Quatsch", Mirja Boes, returns with her battered band, the Honkey Donkeys, and a program that makes so little sense that it's already brilliant again: "carpfe diem - Lutsche den Tag!"

Be there when the comedy chameleon, mother, band tormentor and, as the promo texts shockingly reveal, "even older since her last tour" takes to the stage in the large hall of the Kulturraffinerie K714. What can the audience expect? Well, they can expect absolutely no sense at all, but lots of fun. Experience Mirja Boes up close, be it as a prisoner in the telephone waiting loop of the Grauenso or during the shower squeegee showdown. Here you can be part of the brave housewife's epic battle against the ultimate boss of civilization.

The title "carpfe diem - Lutsche den Tag!" was filtered out of a pool of similarly brilliant alternatives. The decision was narrowly made against the titles "Aal inclusive", "Hecht unwiderstehlich" and the intellectual heavyweight "Zicke Zacke, Zicke Zacke, Koi, Koi, Koi", which were also up for selection - because that would be silly.

Mirja Boes is one of the loudest comedians in Germany, who was not above making the Mallorcan "Ballermann" unsafe as the singer Möhre. Mirja Boes last performed in 2025 at the Aula am Berliner Ring.
