"Songs from the Road" tour 2026
Rock icon Mitch Ryder returns to Europe in February and March 2026. He will be stopping off in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Belgium on his "Songs from the Road" tour.
For over 50 years, the singer from Detroit has been synonymous with energetic rock and heartfelt rhythm & blues. With his band The Detroit Wheels, Ryder made music history back in 1965 with the hit "Jenny Take A Ride!" music history. Over 30 albums later, he is regarded as one of the most influential rock musicians of his time - once described by Keith Richards as one of the most exciting singers ever.
His voice, raw and full of passion, brought him cult status - and a special connection to Europe. Ryder has been at home here ever since his celebrated appearance on Rockpalast in 2017, which was highlighted as one of the best in the show's history. "I'm allowed to be an artist in Europe. That's why I love Europe," says the musician.
Following the highly acclaimed live album "The Roof Is On Fire" (2024), he released his new studio album "With Love" in February 2025, produced by Don Was (Bob Dylan, The Rolling Stones, Iggy Pop).
In 2026, he will be performing his classics and new material live on stage again - authentic, uncompromising and full of passion.
