In the organizer's words:

MOMO centers on a young orphan girl who lives in the ruins of an ancient Roman amphitheater and befriends everyone in the neighborhood.
But when a powerful international corporation starts stealing everyone's time, no one has time for her, let alone her friends or family - and Momo, along with Master Hora, the Keeper of Time, is the only one who can take on the time thieves before everything is lost forever.
