From the organizer: "Mosaik is our interpretation of "elevated" without a pedestal. Developed by a top 10 world class bartender in Germany and a chef with two-star experience, it brings together sips, treats and jams where good food and drinks become the medium for real moments.

Zu Tischbeten is our pop-up series in which we rethink fusion and bring together different cuisines. Featuring a Top 10 World Class German bartender and a chef with two-star experience, we combine precision with a relaxed, collaborative approach to food. French x Japanese kicks things off as a familiar introduction between fine dining and an izakaya vibe. Small, intense dishes meet drinks and music, all designed to be shared and experienced together. In the end, it's always about the same thing: good food, good drinks and a good time."
