Museen der Welt – bequeme Museumsbesuche für Senior*innen

In the organizer's words:

Are you not yet familiar with the famous Acropolis Museum in Athens? Or haven't yet been to Goethe's salon in his home in Weimar? Now you can easily catch up! Our eight-part lecture series "Museums of the world - convenient museum visits for seniors" opens the doors to important museums and cultural treasures around the globe.

Each event is dedicated to a museum or museum landscape, richly illustrated and presented in an understandable way. There is also space for questions and for sharing personal memories.

An experienced art historian, who has personally visited all the museums presented, will convey authentic impressions, exciting details and the special atmosphere on site in an entertaining way.

The lectures each offer a self-contained museum experience and can be visited individually. So you have the flexibility to decide which museums you are particularly interested in.
