After the transformation
Installation for the performance "Die Verwandlung" by Manuel Gerst
On the Peter-Zadek-Platz
To mark the opening of the Schwankhalle season on September 19, Monstertruck founding member Manuel Gerst is bringing Kafka's famous story "The Metamorphosis" to the stage as a happening. The audience is invited to "transform" a VW Beetle standing on the stage - with sledgehammers, iron bars, baseball bats, chains, knives, spray cans etc. The installation on Peter-Zadek-Platz shows the Beetle after the transformation. Video recordings of various performances can be accessed via QR code.
