The Neil Cowley Trio reunite for their first live performance together in seven years. They will be performing music from their outstanding new album Entity as well as some of Cowley's best-loved classics.

In 2006, the Neil Cowley Trio burst onto the scene with an exciting sound bursting with energy. With their powerful anthems, galloping grooves and tender moments, they were at the forefront of a new movement in jazz and paved the way for six highly acclaimed albums in ten years. Pianist and composer Neil Cowley then took a break to pursue an equally successful solo career, exploring neo-classical composition and electronica. Now, inspired by his long period of solitary music-making, he makes a clear statement about the joy, solace and rewards of human connection in the digital age. Cowley is joined by his close musical allies, bassist Rex Horan and drummer Evan Jenkins; three friends who give each other their all and metaphorically dance with each other. Cowley is a brilliant composer and a stunning pianist, and the trio's flame still burns brightly.

Entity is neither a return nor a departure from the sound of the Neil Cowley Trio.
