Newstyle Tanzkurs – HipHop Academy goes Goldbekhaus

In the organizer's words:

Dance course for kids and young adults aged 12 to 20. From the original breakdance of the street, the dance industry created a version for dance studios. Also known as the classic hip hop dance. Newstyle appears predominantly in rap and R&B, in music videos and at concerts. The course begins with basic knowledge about hip hop culture: What is newstyle? Which dance styles are included? Who are the most important representatives? Basics from experimental, modern, jazz, new jack, swing, hype dance, etc. are danced. At the same time, participants learn the rhythmic basics such as counting beats and other beat exercises. The course creates small choreographies under the guidance of the trainer. Level 1 courses in all categories showcase their skills at least twice a year at the HipHop Academy's HipHop Days. The best courses receive a direct ticket to perform at the HipHop Academy's major shows.
