Nils has fallen out with an elf. He is so angry that he turns Nils into a tiny elf. What will his parents think? When the pet goose Martin flies off with the wild geese, Nils simply flies with them. The wild geese have a goal: they want to spend the summer at their lake in Lapland. But the journey north is difficult and there are great dangers ahead: The hungry fox, troll and bear are lying in wait for the geese. Will Martin and Nils find their way back home?
Nils Zapfe has written a dreamlike, poetic theater version of the classic children's book - perfect for the fairytale audience in Bremerhaven!
