In the BRICKS Bar, classic brunch meets the diversity of Hamburg with our Nordic Brunch every Sunday from 12 - 3 pm.

In addition to classic breakfast dishes, new specials await you every month: inspired by a Hamburg district that changes regularly. Sometimes it's the Schanze, sometimes Ottensen, sometimes St. Pauli. Each district has its own character and this is reflected in our monthly dishes.

If you fancy more, you can complement your brunch with our cocktail pairing. A matching drink, tailored to the respective district, completes the experience and brings the Hamburg vibe into your glass.
