In the organizer's words:

On Saturday 25.10, a few days before the official start of the festival, we are once again inviting you to NOW! on site at the Neue Musik Zentrale und Quartier with a varied program. Free admission includes a soundwalk, a sound installation and performances - and in the evening the program includes the trio Sillage, electronic music and a noise performance. A musical weekend from Essen for Essen.

Program:
15:00, "Other Dancefloor Sounds - The Beat from the Balkans", workshop presentation led by Lesley Olson. In the Forum for Art & Architecture.

From 16:00, the Neue Musik Zentrale, Viehoferplatz 18, opens as a venue
