Nujakasha

In the organizer's words:

The band Nujakasha combines driving beats, complex harmonies and a warm sound language to create a sound between hip-hop, jazz, soul and film aesthetics. What began as a purely instrumental project has now developed into an open sound collective: The acclaimed debut EP At the Nujakasha, inspired by a fictional bar, was followed by several singles and 2025, a vocal EP with South African artist Hunter Rose(REMEMBER?).

Nujakasha became known as the live band of DJ rap duo Ferge X Fisherman, among others - this collaboration resulted in three tours and just as many studio albums. At the same time, the band has created a platform with its own concert series FEATURE FEATURE at Munich's Milla Club, which gives visibility to underrepresented voices in pop and hip-hop.

Their long-awaited debut album will be released in fall 2025 - accompanied by a tour through German-speaking countries. For Munich, they are returning to the place where it all began: the Milla - and who knows, maybe one or two of last year's features will be back on stage.
