Writing workshop for self-awareness & inner expression
Writing can do more than just capture words. It can make visible what is at work within us - often before we can really grasp it.
👉 In this workshop, we work with a simple method: one word becomes the starting point - and from there you start writing intuitively. Without pressure, without "right" or "wrong".
This creates space for what's inside you: thoughts, emotions, inner parts - even those that often don't get any space in everyday life.
We start with small exercises that help you to arrive, become calmer and connect with yourself.
We then move on to writing - as a way to access your subconscious and to consciously perceive and express inner processes.
You don't need any writing experience - just the willingness to get to know yourself a little better.❤️
The whole process will be accompanied by me as a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy, with a focus on a safe, non-judgmental space.
