Is this still art or already propaganda? Director Serge Okunev and actor Hamir Ssemwogerere explore this question based on their personal stories: One, born in Russia, did military service in the Russian army himself until 2015. As a member of a military song and dance ensemble, he was involved in the performance of military songs and folk dances that glorified the Russian "heroes" of the past. The other, born in Uganda, was part of the cast of 27 GUNS, an idealizing biopic about Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni, who has now been in office for 39 years. In a mixture of performance and re-enactment, the two take a self-critical look at the art projects of their past and take responsibility for their actions at the time.
