The artistic director of Literaturbüro OWL Karsten Strack is once again offering regular author consultation hours in 2025, where authors from the region can get advice.

Karsten Strack has been a publisher, cultural organizer, lecturer in creative writing and publishing at various universities and an author himself for many years.

He is happy to provide answers and suggestions on questions such as: "How do I place my manuscript as effectively as possible with a publisher or literary agency?", "Can self-publishing be a good way for me?", "What should I consider when it comes to editing?", "Where and in what form do I appear in public?" and "How do I generally increase my profile as an author?"

The consultation hour is offered both online via the "Zoom" platform and in person at Haus Münsterberg in Detmold.
