Torchlight tour: An evening voyage of discovery through the Henrichshütte industrial and landscape park. From October to March, this special HATTINGEN ZU FUSS tour invites you to an atmospheric experience in the dark season. Equipped with wax torches, participants set off from the large parking lot of the LWL Industrial Museum Henrichshütte and immerse themselves in the impressive atmosphere of the Henrichspark.

What you can expect:
- People made of iron: We walk past the impressive sculptures through the Henrichspark.
- Fascinating blast furnace: In the light of the torches, enjoy the view of the oldest blast furnace in the Ruhr region.
- Idyllic Henrichs ponds: Along the ponds, you will experience the traces of industrialization and structural change in Hattingen from a completely new perspective.

Additional information:
Who is it suitable for? This tour is suitable for children aged 12 and over accompanied by an adult. Children who do not wish to carry a torch can bring a flashlight instead.
Notes on the route: The tour does not pass through the grounds of the LWL-Industriemuseum Henrichshütte. Please note that the route is not barrier-free throughout: there are stairs (up to 12 steps), slight inclines and uneven paths, which can present obstacles, especially in the dark.

Important tips:
- Depending on the weather: In case of strong wind or rain, an alternative date will be offered. - Clothing: We recommend insensitive clothing, as smoke from the torches can cause odor on clothing and hands.
