Öffentliche Verleihung des Fritz-Wortelmann-Preis 2025

It is the grand finale of the competition for the Fritz Wortelmann Prize 2025: the award ceremony. This year, Lord Mayor Thomas Eiskirch will present the prizes on the large stage of the Kammerspiele at Schauspielhaus Bochum.

The event will be hosted by the spectacular Ruhrgebietsspatzen. Behind them is the glamorous entertainment duo Pani Kostka (Julia Nitschke) and Mercedes Tuccini (Jonas Leifert), who bring a touch of glamor to the FRITZ awards ceremony. True to the motto "Our hearts beat for Schlager!", they will guide you through the morning - with illustrious song performances, charm and a cup of coffee. They welcome guests, interview dignitaries and invite you to immerse yourself in the subversive potential of Schlager.
