A ball with a special flair

We traditionally open our ball season with the Oide Wiesn Bürgerball. In a short time, this special ball has developed into a crowd-puller. Once again, dance-loving guests in smart Bavarian costumes can look forward to first-class music and a varied program in a relaxed atmosphere - together with the Oktoberfest musicians and the Cagey Strings. Visitors can expect "a ball for all those who are involved in the Oktoberfest and for all those who love the tradition and flair of the Oktoberfest and especially the Oidn Wiesn", says Karl-Heinz Knoll, President of the Festring, which is committed to preserving Bavarian and especially Munich customs.
