The Open Stage at Kalif Storch is entering its second round with a new concept and a breath of fresh air.

Are you creative, do you have a special talent that you would like to showcase on stage and have you lacked the opportunity and the necessary visibility to get a little closer to your dream?

We clear the stage for new artists of all kinds. Whether singing, rap, drag, dance or art.

Curators Nastja Areskhy, Erfurt art student, Drag Queen, founder of the queer party Zaubernuss, and Thalena Thelen, singer-songwriter, who is now definitely a name in Erfurt's cultural scene, know exactly how challenging the first steps onto the stage as a newcomer can be. That's why they decided to offer a creative space, full of diversity and exchange, to break down precisely this barrier.
