OSD After Work is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy live music, food and drinks in good company at the end of the working day on Thursdays. End the day against the beautiful backdrop of the cathedral! The concerts on the Open Space stage - jazz, classical music, singer-songwriters - take place at 5.30 pm.
This Thursday: Trio Talan
Three musicians, five instruments, many stories: Trio Talan combines Persian and Kurdish musical traditions with Italian baroque to create a flowing soundscape between past and present.
Hesam Asadi, Francesco Cascarano and Claas-Henning Dörries blend familiar melodies and free improvisations - sometimes calm and thoughtful, sometimes rhythmic and powerful. Each composition tells its very own story and touches through the subtle, emotional depth of the interplay between the three musicians.
A special and personal concert experience between European and Middle Eastern musical cultures - permeated by fine sounds, surprising twists and turns and moments of genuine musical closeness.
