Das Owls´n´Bats Winterfest ist ein eintägiges Indoor Festival für Gothic, Dark, Cold and New Wave, Electronica, Shoegaze, Post Punk, Batcave und Indie Rock. Teil des Ganzen ist auch wieder der „Schattenmarkt“ mit Kunsthandwerk und Modeaccessoires und eine anschließende Aftershowparty mit DJs.
