PAT BURGENER - the singing Olympic snowboarder

Pat Burgener is a professional snowboarder and musician from Switzerland.

Since his childhood, Pat has been blessed with an extraordinary talent on the wet snow. He joined the Swiss national team at the age of 14. And his unbridled ambition helped him to many top 3 podium finishes in his sport.

However, fate spares no one and, like many top athletes, Pat suffered from an accumulation of bad luck with injuries. After a serious injury in 2014, Pat used the time away from the snow to work on his second passion - music. He teamed up with his brother Max and a childhood friend to form his own band.

Pat had immediate success with his first singles and played in world-class clubs such as the Montreux Jazz Festival and the Paléo.

He also made a highly acclaimed comeback on snow with two podium finishes at the 2017 and 2019 World Championships and a great 5th place at the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang.

After 4 EPs, his debut album (PAT The Album, 2023) and more than 14 million streams on Spotify, Pat is currently working on an ambitious collaboration album with some of his favorite artists. With this, Pat wants to put the spotlight on those who inspire him on his musical journey. The first singles feature guest stars Sean Koch, James Hersey and Tay Oskee, among others.

The snowboarding star is also focusing on the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan-Cortina, determined to realize his dream of the Olympic podium.
