Workshop 1: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. in the Careteria
PROJECT INFORMATION:
"Place to be" is a community project that strengthens the neighbourhood in the Südliches Bahnhofsviertel, tells the story of the neighbourhood from within, shows appreciation for a marginalized area and will ultimately result in an exhibition and a highly visible work of art.
We invite all neighbors, visitors and people who work or spend their time here to an open workshop.
Together we will collect ideas and stories that will be immortalized on this wall in Goethestraße.
Help shape this wall! Your perspective counts!
In the first module, a participation process is the prelude to actually developing the project together. The independent artistic process only begins once the themes have been developed and defined together. This leads to the design of a façade over ten meters high, which will be visible from afar - for example from the main railway station - at the intersection of Goethestrasse and Landwehrstrasse.
