DIE VERSION
DIE VERSION is a Hamburg-based band project by Haiko Herden (synths, vocals) and Ralf Franken (bass). DIE VERSION moves between synth, postpunk and minimal electro - danceable, dark and direct. Electronic rhythms, synthetic pads and a driving bass form the foundation for German-language lyrics with attitude.
Haiko is known for projects such as ANTI TRUST, THE EVASION ON STAKE, CHARLES LINDBERGH N.E.V. and his solo electronica project. Ralf played in PINK TRAUMA in the 90s and later went solo.
The debut album, mastered by Matthias Schuster (GEISTERFAHRER, BAL PARÉ), is available on Bandcamp, a second album is in the works (release 2025). Live appearances so far have included Matthias Schuster, Rosi, True Moon and Stahlnetz
(Hafenklang HH).
