"All good things come in fours" - picture books read aloud and told to large projected illustrations, children's theater, drawing workshops and the battle of the live illustrators - by and with Martin Baltscheit, Max Fiedler, Anne Wieland, Armin Kaster and others - to join in for families and children aged 5 and over - on November 22 & 23, 2025 - at Central - Junges Schauspiel

Plopp for the fourth time! This time at Central! So in the middle of the city in the middle of fall, on November 22 and 23. This time we're mixing up the picture books and showing comics! Readings, workshops, theater plays! As always, there will be a long table with bread and cake for the break and pens for all those who love picture books and reading aloud. - On Saturday from 12 to 5:30 pm there will be readings and workshops with Armin Kaster ("Das Nachtkind"), Sylvia Graupner ("Im Papierschiff durch die Nacht"), Anne-Kathrin Behl ("Roberts weltbester Kuchen", "Laufrad, mein Laufrad" and others) and guided tours behind the scenes at Central. - On Sunday from 12 noon to 6 pm, we invite you to readings and live drawings with Martin Baltscheit ("Rolf und Rose" and others), Thomas Wellmann ("Nika, Lotte, Mangold"), Max Fiedler ("Käferzeichnen"), Anne-Kathrin Behl ("Das Gute-Nacht-ABC"). A highlight is the play "Bin gleich fertig!" ("I'm almost done!") for everyone aged two and over by Martin Baltscheit on the C2 stage at 2 pm. As always, the festival will conclude at 5 pm with the spectacular drawing battle with Martin Baltscheit vs. Max Fiedler vs. Anne-Kathrin Behl vs. Thomas Wellmann. - All information, tickets and day passes at the box offices and in the webshop
