Mental health affects us all - whether we are sufferers, relatives or simply interested parties. On September 16, head physicians and specialists from Asklepios Psychiatrien Nord (Ochsenzoll & Wandsbek), Harburg and Westklinikum Rissen invite you to an open afternoon. Together, they will take a clear look at mental illnesses and impart knowledge that breaks down prejudices and stigmas and reduces fear of contact.
The topics range from borderline disorders, ADHD, autism and mental stress in children and adolescents to psychoses, depression, memory problems in old age and dementia. Addiction disorders and the path to expert support for relatives will also be clearly explained. The event begins with a joint introduction, after which break-out sessions offer the opportunity to explore individual topics in greater depth and exchange ideas with the experts. This creates space for honest discussions and practical knowledge - for everyone who wants to know more.
Free admission, registration via the ticket store is required.
