Free admission - €10 minimum consumption

Cheer together, share in the excitement and experience unforgettable World Cup moments - at the public viewing in Mainz's Kulturbiergarten in the castle courtyard. Directly on the Rhine, nestled in a historic castle setting and a summery beer garden atmosphere, you can expect an evening full of emotion, exciting match moments, cold drinks and a real goosebump atmosphere in the open air.

Ticket

Admission to the public viewing is free of charge. A minimum consumption is purchased with the ticket, which is only valid for the booked match day.
The ticket is only valid for the selected match day, is non-transferable and entitles the holder to one admission.

Minimum consumption

The minimum consumption is €10 and can only be redeemed on site for drinks.
The ticket is exchanged for a voucher at the entrance. This is only valid on the day of the event.
The minimum consumption fee does not include any service fees charged by the ticket service provider.

Admission / start of performance

Admission begins four hours before kick-off.

Look forward to relaxed summer evenings directly on the Rhine, a special castle backdrop and a rousing public viewing atmosphere in the open air.
Please note that kick-off times may vary due to the match schedule and higher-level event or TV requirements.

Seating & standing room

The Kulturbiergarten offers seating and standing areas with a direct view of the large LED screen. There is free choice of seating. It is not possible to reserve individual seating areas.

Catering & payment

A wide range of drinks and food awaits you on site - vegetarian and vegan options are also available.
Payment can be made in cash or by card.

It is not permitted to bring your own food and drinks.

Admission control & protection of minors

Ticket and bag checks are carried out at the entrance. Carrying glass containers and dangerous objects is prohibited.
Alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with the legal provisions of the Youth Protection Act. Age checks may be carried out.

House rules & behavior

The house rules of the organizer apply. Persons who violate safety regulations or event rules may be excluded from the event.

Weather, safety & event changes

The event will generally take place even in light rain.
In the event of extreme weather conditions, official requirements or safety-related reasons (e.g. storm, severe weather warnings, police orders or technical failures), we reserve the right to cancel or cancel the event.

In the event of cancellation by the organizer before the start of the event, the minimum ticket price paid will be refunded. The service fee of the ticket service provider is excluded from this.

TV broadcast & program changes

The broadcast of the matches is subject to the respective broadcasting rights as well as technical and licensing availability.

Match times and broadcasts may change at short notice due to official schedule changes, TV adjustments or organizational requirements. There is no entitlement to a specific kick-off time.

Liability

Participation in the event is at your own risk. The organizer is only liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health in accordance with the statutory provisions.

No liability is accepted for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Photo & video recordings

Photographs and video recordings may be made during the event. By entering the event site, visitors agree that these recordings may be used for public relations purposes (e.g. social media, website, marketing).

Miscellaneous

Dogs are not permitted in the event area.

The event is barrier-free.

A return or cancellation of the ticket is excluded, except in the event of a cancellation by the organizer.
