queeRUHRlanten Poetry Workshop: Embodied Poetry with Nabila

In the organizer's words:

A space for words that heal and for the stories your body still holds. ✨

In this workshop, we blend reflective writing with gentle embodiment practices to ground, release, and reconnect. Inspired by Sue Johnson’s embodied activism and Tricia Hersey’s reminder that rest is resistance, we honor healing as both a personal and political act — a return to ourselves.

Come as you are. Wear something comfortable, and bring a pen and notebook. No writing experience needed — only your breath, your truth, and the parts of you ready to be witnessed.

I’m Nabila (@nabilasintersections on Instagram), a writer and spiritual activist creating spaces where storytelling, justice, and embodiment meet. I believe deeply in the power of words to free, transform, and guide us home.

The workshop is held in English, but its true language is your body, your story, and your rest. 🧡❤️🩷
