Contemplative attunement to the Rauhnächte

Immerse yourself together with us in the mystical world of the Rough Nights and prepare yourself for this magical time of change and reflection "between the years".

We will get into the mood together with a cocoa ceremony that will help you to open your heart to our circle and the magic of the Rauhnächte. Through meditation and embodiment exercises, we will say goodbye to the old with gratitude and open ourselves to the new and unknown. With powerful incense rituals, we sharpen our senses and connect with the spiritual world and ourselves by feeling and listening.

In this ceremony, we combine ancient knowledge from different cultures and you will enter your Rauhnächte time strengthened and well prepared.

You need for our time together:

• You
• An open heart
• Comfortable clothing
• Your favorite cup for the cocoa
• Your journal/something to write in
• A yoga mat

In addition to practical know-how, you will also receive a journal template as a PDF for each of the 12 Rauhnächte.

Don't put yourself under pressure if you can't do it every day. This time should not cause you stress, but rather give you something!
