How does a "Read & Social" work?

At each "Read & Social" we alternate between joint reading slots and book talks (short discussion rounds to connect and exchange ideas). The schedule:

1. 19:00 Check-in
2. 19:10 - 19:20 Welcome
3. 19:20 - 19:50 Reading slot
4. 19:50 - 20:10 Book talk
5. 20:10 - 20:40 Reading slot
6. 20:40 - 21:00 Book talk
7. 21:00 - 21:20 Reading slot
8. 21:20 - 21:30 Closing
