Regenbogenyoga für Kinder (5-7 Jahre)

In the organizer's words:

A new creative experience invites children aged 5 to 7 to discover body and mind through play. Under the motto "Movement meets color", we combine yoga and art in a unique way: The children stretch like cats, fly like butterflies and then express their adventures in bright colors on paper.

The journey through the colors of the rainbow not only promotes flexibility, but also the creativity of the young participants. They playfully experience how movement and art work together to combine joy, relaxation and self-expression.

No previous knowledge of yoga or painting is required - every child is invited to create their own personal rainbow journey.
