Murat Güngör and Hannes Loh have pieced together a story. The result is an exciting remix of rap, migration and empowerment, in which the ambivalent echo of six decades of Almanya resonates. In their live show, they take their audience on an entertaining and humorous journey through 40 years of hip-hop and 60 years of migration history. In their lecture performance, they remix texts, songs, films and videos from 60 years of Almanya with personal experiences and social debates. They go through the forgotten years of hip-hop old school, shed light on the influence of reunification on the birth of "Deutschrap" and ask about class, race and gender
in this surprising story of empowerment.
