This workshop provides a first insight into the meditation and movement forms of QiGong. Stress reduction and the mobilization of the body through exercises are the focus of the unit. Participants will get to know exercises in movement and at rest. Self-massage techniques will also be practiced together.
This workshop is suitable for anyone who has always wanted to get to know QiGong, even those who don't like sport!
