Join Amna Mawaz Khan, as we traverse into the universe of the Rasa, or psycho-spiritual-emotional states in movement rooted in experimental dance forms from the subcontinent. We will explore the Rasa known as Adbhuta (Wonder/Amazement/Awe). After learning about Rasa within the context of dance, the workshop will include chakric awareness, and nritya (expressive melody and movement) to investigate the multitude of meanings hidden in the state of feeling wonder.
