Roots & Wings

In the organizer's words:

In this workshop we will seek to refine our flexibility, deepen our feeling and explore technical elements that open up many new possibilities in dance with one or more partners. Playing with weight and speed and making effective use of the structures our bodies offer will help us move from the floor to higher levels. If you would like to try out more advanced upside-down moments and lifts and whatever else makes us vibrate when we move, I look forward to some enjoyable hours together. Let's rock it together!

Playing with different qualities of touch will give us greater clarity in playful dance with our partners. In the end, the often described polarities of "technique" and "flow" may merge and dissolve in the common flow of movement and what remains is only... enjoyment of movement. 🙂

• 19:00 - 21:00 - Ecstatic Dance (included in the ticket for the entire weekend; can be booked separately for external guests)
