Rufus Wainwright is not only one of the most versatile pop and folk musicians, he also composes soundtracks, operas and musicals. His latest major project is "Dream Requiem", which was created during the coronavirus pandemic - following its world premiere in Paris, the Elbphilharmonie now features a large orchestra, choir, soprano and the grand dame of French film Isabelle Huppert as the narrator.
