The story is:

Salewski is a drummer, composer and an integral part of the avant-garde pop scene. He is/was a member of various successful bands (Merricks, Dakar & Grinser, The Johnsons and Koshka Valerianka Phantomband). Between 2016 - 2018, he created collaborative works with various artists from his environment. Salewski arranged songs that were combined as an LP and released by Echokammer in 2018: Salewski II "Chansons" with Inida Kreuz, Manuela Rzytki, Rosalie Eberle, Pico Be, Anna McCarthy, Anton Kaun, Albert Pöschl.

To play the music live, the band was formed: Pico Be (Voc), Anna McCarthy (Voc), Manuela Rzytki (Voc/Synth), Sachiko Hara (Synth), Anton Kaun (Noise), Zoro Babel (Perc/Synth), Albert Pöschl (Bass), Salewski (Dr) 2019 - 2023 Salewski Parlamenti played at the Puch Festival, Sommerbühne im Olympia-Stadion, Alien Disco Festival, Faust Studio Scheer, Intimacy Quarterly/Blitzclub, among others. This continuous collaboration has resulted in an ensemble with a wide range of possibilities for interweaving musical styles. A rich body of sound consisting of classical instruments, synthesizers, stone slabs, wood, barrels and elements of noise. In the continuous flow of joint musical sessions influenced and enriched by the addition of sung lyrics by Anna McCarthy and Pico Be.

With the support of the Neustart-Kultur-Stipendium we had the opportunity to go into the studio. We used a concert at the Faust Studio in Scheer for a longer stay to record the new songs in a special place. Hans Joachim Irmler also left us his musical fingerprint on a song - which made us very happy.

Now it's ready: "SALEWSKI PARLAMENTI" will open the new year on January 8, 2026 with a release concert at IMPORT EXPORT Munich and will hopefully be sent to the airwaves by the labels Echokammer and Rheinschallplatten and to your homes as a vinyl LP.
