Munich-born Joseph Disco, a diamond in the rough, was given a residency at Cologne's Playground club in 2005. There, weekend after weekend, he studied the science of bass to the extent that he not only knew how to manipulate the crowd on the dance floor like a puppeteer, but also started his own dive into the world of music production. His first release on the Great Stuff Recordings label followed in the same year. This was later followed by releases on labels such as Stil vor Talent, Platform B, Bar25, Heinz Music and Alula Tunes. Over the years, Joseph has developed his own unmistakable sound, which he skillfully uses in his own projects as well as in collaborations with other artists and projects. Long known among fans of the electronic scene, as part of Criminal Bassline Berlin and Alula Tunes Hamburg, he not only causes a sensation on the dance floors of clubs such as Sisyphos, Kater Blau, Odonien, Südpol, Artheater, Club Charlotte, Hive (CH), Wilde Renate and Rummelsbucht, but also constantly feeds his portfolio with gigs worldwide. With ever-growing dedication, loyalty and love, he produces and plays music, constantly creating new narratives.
