The Heimatverein Oberneuland presents, together with the music agency Emotional.Zone, the event app Rausgegangen Oldenburg, DownTownIslandRadio and Cafe-Schwarz.TV live music every 3rd Wednesday from October to April. From 19:00 to 21:00, whereby... the end of the concert is largely determined by the audience (i.e. you)! From May to September, EDEKA Maaßkultur then takes over the open air concerts on the market square of Edeka Maaß every Wednesday

The neighbor who knows about everything and everyone, the name that just won't come to mind, or the know-it-all who adds his two cents to everything...

With wit, charm and a warm, clear voice, singer-songwriter Sandra Otte takes a close look at the human nature in her program "Unwillkürlich natürlich" (Involuntarily Natural) and wraps up the all too human in her German-language lyrics with catchy melodies to create little stories. A smile is guaranteed, because almost everyone has experienced everything she sings about in her songs in one way or another.

In 2009, the singer wrote her first German-language songs, which always had a pinch of humor in them thanks to her wit. She has continued to hone this over the years, illuminating the small, amusing truths of our interactions with a keen sense of observation and slipping into the role of the person sung about in the lyrics with a facial expression that is second to none.

With her debut album "BOAH!", released in June 2018, Sandra Otte positioned her music in the field of German pop / pop chanson, which is sometimes rockier, sometimes softer and sometimes arranged with a big band brass section.

The bittersweet ballad "Für dich" from this album even made it into the top 20 of the German best song list (www.liederbestenliste.de) at number 15 in December 2018. Since then, songs from her album have been played on radio stations such as SR3 and Deutschlandradio.

Sandra Otte performed two of her songs live on the Bremen TV talk show "Budder bei die Fische - Der Ter Veen Talk" and also on Radio Bremen 4's Malte Völz Show, where she was compared to Reinhardt May, whose lyrics are often biting, but whose charming manner means they are never taken amiss. That's how it is with Sandra Otte's songs, they said.

With her program "Unwillkürlich natürlich", in which she accompanies herself with her guitar, sometimes lively, sometimes ballad-like in three-four time or with feather-light fingerpicking, she picks up her audience in a wonderfully natural and approachable way, putting them in moments of "recognizing themselves" or even "being caught", of smiling and enjoying. All in all, it promises to be an amusing, cheerful and warm-hearted concert visit, during which we immerse ourselves in the world of our everyday interpersonal lives.
